The steak and the handmade fries are my go to.
Decent food and good steak . And free attitude - we split the bill one night, no problem, then got lectured on their strict policy of no-split-bills, no exceptions a week later (?).
If you're dining out in Toowong tonight, the top restaurant is The Regatta Boatshed... Fantastic steaks , open air and on the river !

Saturday night Dinner @ The Boatshed followed by $3 basics, schooners and bubbles between 9-10pm and 11-12pm at Regatta. Brilliant!!

Not impressed, I had the lamb shank and it lacked flavour. The gravy was very bland.Also annoyed they tried charging us for balsamic vinegar

A nice but a bit messy place. Have to book for a table or find any place (which is quite hard). The rump steak is really good! Dont forget to bring your id card ;) - Marcelina Mega
Like most places in Oz they tend to over cook their crispy bacon & over salt their fries. But good food & a great of beer. A really nice find close to Regatta ferry pier. - Sean Wilkes
