So far one of the best places around Hammersmith. Been here 5 times - always something new on the menu and always delicious (and yes, quite" adventurous" but in a good way). An OK service too.
Great burger and fantastic kids menu offering a wide range of options. Even dairy free cakes ! Colouring, highchairs and unisex changing facilities available. Big garden for the summer. Big fans.
Really good brunch - the sweet corn and parsley pancakes with a side of avocado were great. Lovely beer garden too!
You're going to want to try the red-leg partridge sandwiched by bread sauce & bacon , which can surely be washed down by tipples such as Black Velvets , Negronis , and the ever-changing "Daily Punch." Read more
At £4 the porridge is great value for brunch - it's creamy and filling and generously topped with fruit
Cool pub with a great chilled out vibe. Went there for drinks with friends.
I have been there 3 times since it re-opened as the Hog and on the first occasion the food was a bit adventurous in the wrong way but the service good. The second was better and the 3rd brilliant.
Muscles were awesome. Perfectly prepared.
Mercifully unchain-like - great garden , brilliant menu breakfast through dinner and attentive staff !
Good food. Lovely decor. Beautiful garden . Really nice in summer.
Love the garden in the summer! Good food and a very nice Bloody Mary !
Great cocktails , cool atmosphere! Perfect for after work drinks :)
By the way, do have the steak if you like meat. Also you can watch them prepare it if you sit in the back with the window over the kitchen.
Amazingly perfect Burgers ! A little Pricy but a good treat! The staff could be friendlier though!
Magical ambience. Good music . Tried for brunch and so far so good.
Pleasant outdoor space for a drink/meal
Great food, good service and a nice atmosphere. Tick. Btw the venison is awesome.
Very family friendly . Lots of mums and buggies. Good breakfasts
Nice place and delicious food but the staff needs to settle in it was all over the place :)
Great garden in the evening
Great burger !
Good beer , good food
Lychee martinis are dreamy
The guy who served us was slightly aggressive and not very helpful. Food a bit pricey too.
Funny interior but very strange food:)
Very small brunch portions (a tiny butter ramekin of baked beans ) and pricey , even before the 12.5% service charge. Won't be returning
The Hampshire hog is most famous for being home to Hampshire's biggest bore
There still seems to be a problem with timely service. Took 15 mins to get a drink at the bar .
Quality stuff
2nd visit... Both times the food was nice, but the service appalling. Please show some sense of urgency! It took 30 mins to get a drink.
Overpriced for the quality and quantity of food.... Place is nice, but not for lunch .
Avoid this place! Went there for dinner and food is not good, it's very expensive and staff is rude! Better eat a sandwich at home
Awful service . Food ok but not worth the wait and over priced.
Awful service
Unlike most gastropubs, the Carpenters does a very good risotto - Tom Morton
Great location and food! beer selection can be improved, good wine list - Andrea Mestriner
Tasty burger and usually not to crowded at lunch during the week - Lewis Webb
Small but solid selection of food and drinks. It is very family friendly. - Pavel Vulkanoff
Good views even from the Circle stalls. Bar is pricey, but that's too be expected. Good sound, great for stand up and just across the road from Hammersmith tube - Dani
