I love coming to this place. The staff is so friendly and the layout of the place is clean and roomy . They make all the right moves here. Other franchises, take notes.

I thought the employees were friendly ... For Chicago. The bagels are very good! Fruit cups are fresh and yummy as well . Good prices.

This place is a logistical disaster. The order station is before the menus and display cases. The register to pay at is randomly located and half-staffed. ...the bagels , however, were good.

Cheap spot to grab lunch in the neighborhood . Usually pretty quiet in the afternoon.

Can't beat people watching while dining al fresco

Terrible/extremely slow service. Don't think you an grab something quick on the go. Sandwiches etc take 5-10 mins prep, and ordering/paying is another 2-3mins.

If you're eating in, pay for a small coffee ...because refills are freeee!

Really HOT new guy working the front register! Oh yeah and the nova Lox and Bagel is good, too.

Eggwhite bagels with asparagus and mushrooms are very good.

The mochas here are pretty good and piping hot. Watch out!

We come here a lot cause it's our local bagel place - but the service and friendliness of employees leaves something to be desired.

The tasty sandwiches almost make up for the wretched service.

First, have an asiago cheese bagel . Second, if you are eating there, get a small coffee because it's free refills!

I hasn't been here in a few months, and somehow I forgot that this the absolute WORST business establishment I've ever encountered. The employees are the worst of the worst.

Service here ranges from terrible to mediocre. Avoid the morning rush if you can, unless you have 10-15 minutes of your life you want to lose.

Don't get the Chipotle Salad from the cooler.... - the included chips are soggy. Not only that, but the salad included the ends of the cut tomatoes ! YUK.
