Imo the fried pork bun is best here. Fried dumpling and xiao long bao had too thick of skin on them though taste nice besides this. The mother boss isn't very friendly tho I must say.

Friendly service . Recommend the Born Fried Bags (soft pan fried buns filled with juicy meat) and the Pork Chives dumplings . Fresh and hot!

Little gem I discovered one night. With authentic dishes that remind me of shanghai :-)

You must order their xiao long bao which burst full of flavour in your mouth and the pan-fried crab and pork buns which are crisp on the bottom and moreish inside

Dumplings all round, steam pork buns and remember it's Shanghai style. If there is a funny, vibrant, bald man called " Yann " ask him for a longneck of Tsing Tao from his stash!!!

Dumplings come out slower during the day as they are prepping for a busy night service. But worth the wait.

Steamed vegetarian dumplings and shallot pancake ! My usual. GET IT INTO YOU.

Try the shallot pancakes and the chicken with dry chilli . Trust me :-D

Waited an hour to be served. service here is chaotic,rude and pedestrian. The food however is amazing.

Simply avoid. If New Shanghai next door is closed, just give up and go home hungry.
