My NCSU breaks between classes were not as nice as this place. I often settled for a moon pie and a Nehi orange with peanuts dumped into the bottle after the first few swigs. Sushi was great.

The bread stick by pizza hut is really good.
The bacon egg and cheese roll is amazing before a 8am class !
The best breakfast here is one you enjoy while you omit Kholodenko from your day.
The veggie burgers are vegan here-- not the case at Hendrix

12pm-12:45pm are the worst times to visit Fernow. Only because its too crowded .
