It's definitely worth paying a visit during the azalea festival . A sight to behold!
江戸時代からつつじの名所。ちなみにこの辺りは江戸時代中期、甲府徳川家の下屋敷で6代将軍家宣こと甲府宰相綱豊卿が産まれたのがここの御屋敷だったらしいです。
谷根千お散歩してきました。根津神社 のつつじ祭りは昨日までだったみたい。
最終日だけに、花 のたけなわは過ぎてますな♫
