TSA Security Screening

Long line even for Business/First pax. Little pre security seating - pre security area is mostly the lines of all the check-in counters. Small seating by BA Club World check-in to left of main area.

Get here a little early; even the "priority passengers" line is long and slow-moving...!

Can't read e-boarding passes. Have one ready printed or pdf-ed.

There is no rhyme nor reason to how this station works; there it’s no separate TSA Pre line leading to confusion and mayhem. “It’s a madhouse, a madhouse”

Arrogant, inefficient and stupid TSA staff . Hallmark of American airport .

No pre check line …. sooo slow with the regular line :(
