The beef biang biang noodles ! Handmade noodles were firm and tasty, with a great sauce that tasted like mala, but without the associated numbing sensation. Sweet and sour pork was legit too.
The noodles are perfect. Light, fresh, perfect. Its the weird feeling like you are eating great Italian food bit with an Asian taste. Fantastic value..
Beef biang biang noodles are not overly spicy to enjoy. Definitely have the salt and pepper pork ribs in!
I prefer Cantonese, but there are some nice dishes here. Try the Beef BiangBiang Noodles and the stir fried rice noodle Ho Fun (beef ) for sure.
