Lack of sunshine after 4pm because of high building. Large pool (2m50 deep) and relaxing hot tub . It can get a little noisy at the kids corner, so pick a chair on the other side for more privacy.
Friendly , efficient staff who gives everyone in the sun cooling ice water without being asked
