This is a legitimate Irish pub that serves up outstanding pints of Guinness without fuss or pretense since 1818. Friendly bartenders , nice beer garden and good music . Read more

Looks small from the outside but it’s much bigger. There’s a big outdoor patio area that you can’t see from the outside. Cool bar and atmosphere

Eoin Brazil

If the front bar is full then try the outside seating area which had heaters. The function room above the bar is great but little known venue for parties or occasions. Also the Guinness is great!

Matt Barber

Head down the back for the massive covered beer garden with TVs showing sports . Oh, and get a Guinness

tulga tenigma

One of the best staut but bartenders and security is one of the nastiest and rudest almost i can say they are racist

James Remeika

The locals I know consider this the best Guinness pour on earth. You can grab pizza from Cirillos next door and bring it in.

not sure about the best guinness in town , but definitely the best pub on baggot st., especially the outside area.

Eamonn Carey

One of the better pints of Guinness in Dublin. Don't let the occasionally gruff barman put you off.

Peter Donegan

If you can, get a spot in the front then do. Brilliant pub / pint Guinness / staff . Higher than highly recommended.

Joris van Gaal

Make sure you head to the back to the beer garden : great sheltered outside place with heaters!

Kim Pham

The back beer garden is one of the best ways to spend a warm early evening in Dublin.

Emre Şener

In warm days, it's very nice to have your beer in the beer garden .

Niamh Breslin

Great beer garden . Lovely pint of guinness too

Dee

Massive half covered over beer garden out the back. Christmas decorations are still up in July. :)

kasek

Best beer garden in the city center!! In other hand, prices are not great... Pint bottle of Bulmers for 5'50 - not so good...

sohail

Proper pint of the black stuff

Guiness is fine (had better in Dublin) ... But tbh the service was a real let down... Wont come here again and don't recommend it
