Delicious! We had the Tei tasting menu . ($50pp) Chef sent out 6 courses. Seaweed salad , tempura veggies , wagyu beef w/hot stones, CA & spicy tuna rolls (pressed), dumplings , green tea noodles . Yum

JoJo CoCoMo

Omakase for my Birthday! White seaweed salad , sashimi , potato chip shrimp tempura , waygu beef , spicy tuna sushi , soba bolognese , & buckwheat/honey ice cream . Ashai Draft to drink. Nice variety!

Definitely stop by this Japanese gem. Soba is a very rare specialty and it's done to perfection here. It also helps that their sashimi is top notch. Well worth a visit.

Let's be clear. This is a very expensive restaurant , but they've got a great variety of Japanese options. The tuna with hot mustard is awesome! Very high quality fishes !

Lindsay Duggan

Amazing food and service!! Highly recommend the white seaweed salad (you will not regret it), curry udon with duck meatballs and shiitake mushroom , ramen , and the soba with honey !!

Brian Drell

Try the ramen . It's umami heaven as long as you add a poached egg . Oh, and it'll run you about as much as a cocktail . ???? Those are also great.

Sue Yang

A five-star, very traditional Japanese restaurant . Main course consists of soba noodles . Limited sashimi and sushi , along with pressed sushi (like rolls without seaweed ). Menu not updated online.

Dallas Observer

Slurp away at this Arts District noodle shop . This restaurant offers humble handmade soba with dips like Texas pecan a pedestal and provide customers with unexpected libations like Japanese vodka .

Dallas Observer

Chef Teiichi Sakurai 's One Arts Plaza hotspot Tei-An is unanimously the city 's best Japanese restaurant , which means that it makes a damn fine bowl of ramen .

Alanna Staton

curry udon is to die for! if you come here, PLEASE get a noodle dish . very nice restaurant , you can go here for relatively cheap if you only order entrees.

Lee Diaz

Incredible Japanese experience. Consider the ramen (tonkotsu ) or soba noodles matched with some sashimi .

Eater

Two things make Tei-An a Dallas must-visit: the restaurant 's epic, fresh sushi and its rooftop patio . [Eater 38 Member]

The best Japanese in Dallas hands down. From the owners of Tei Tei, this new venue is not so much about the fish - Tei An is a traditional soba house offering a mountain of hot and cold soba combos

J S

For simplicity sake , just order the Omakasye menu preferably the "An" version - be sure to tell them what you don't like or allergic to and how many times you have ate there.

Charles Williams

Their pressed sushi is, hands down, the freshest I've ever had.

L S

The white seaweed salad is delicious and unique - definitely a must order!

A bit expensive but worth the environment and the quality of the ramen !

Have a Suntory T-time shot. Smoothest whiskey you'll ever have, served in a shot glass made of ice.
