When it comes to a franchise, what differentiates each outlet is the staff members. This one has the most courteous and hardworking staff members, at least at this moment. Highly recommended!

The Tennessee steak is awesome!!!! Desserts as well .. Must try also the burger .

Came two nights in a row at just 8pm, both nights were sold out of all steaks and ribs - what gives?! This is a steak restaurant ?!

By far the friendlier than the last time I came here. You really feel at home, even though it's a restaurant .

Lot of vegetarian options on request. Weekends are more crowded than Fridays. Good waiters .

Their steak flavor is very rich, so choose your side dish with simple taste, to avoid overwhelming flavor in your mouth

Rude staff who insisted a raw, bloody steak is considered medium well . Had multiple staff come to the table to repeatedly argue this and insist we were wrong. Learn some manners and how to Google!

A guy name Andy loh was the best server I've ever visited on every Fridays!

Tennessee Burger was yummy. Must be the Jack Daniel's sauce. The mudslide with bailey's, vodka and ice-cream went down smoothly.

Always love their margaritas

10% service charge and government tax is already added to the menu price. Don't have to recalculate the bill for those who prefer to go Dutch.

Been here couple of times and food is not worth the price. Today i was served cold macaroni and cheese , but to their credit they served me a new hot one. Still not nice though

The chicken Breast is dry, the sauce is nice but after a while kinda get sick of it. Overall is just average. Nothing outstanding.

Service was impeccable.However, the food was below average.I had ordered the bbq roasted chicken n brownies.Chicken was tough and dry. Accompanied mash wasnt fluffy and light as it should be. Dense!
