I wouldn't say the crowd is exceptional. But the vibe is very relaxed. The music is retro , but never kitschy . But the real winner is the food. Best pica2 in town . Bravo CHIVZ!
On Wednesday nights acoustic indulgence plays. Good music , good bar chow and good drinks.
The sinuglaw with kilawin tanigue, inihaw na baboy, and slivers of salted egg brings me to 7th seaven all the time! Ang husay ng chef !!!
