Despite its name this place AFAIK geared more towards NE (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning) cuisine. Go for cumin lamb (孜然羊肉) or triple delight (地三鲜)

They have a “secret” Dongbei menu, the region from the far northeast, and it’s ????

Not too expensive . Fast and tasty, especially if you’re in Ballston.

They seem to provide really good service ti their Chinese/Asian patrons. Unfortunately I'm white and sat there for 15 mins before I finally went up to the counter to order my food.

Good general tso's chicken and lo mein noodles

The authentic menu is a bit better than their American Chinese fare. Still nothing to write home about.

Beware of the face-imploding hot mustard sauce

Lunch buffet is a good bargain if you have a solid appetite !!!

There's a "traditional" menu too...though everything seems a bit overpriced IMO

For some reason, the eggrolls always smell like poop. I still eat them, they don't taste like poop. Just smell. Weird.
