Unlike Penn Station , Fido cannot walk through this terminal to his train . He MUST be in his crate (or bag) from the moment you enter the building. Thank you street level elevator !

Angelina Gabrielli

Make sure you have extra time to navigate if it's your first time here. Very confusing subway-LIRR transfer!

Dominique Hernandez

Incredibly long lines at the ticket machine during holidays. come early if you're traveling on Thanksgiving of Christmas . Otherwise, business as usual.

Matthew Weston

Easy and spunky. Can go shopping, eat and catch the train in the same building. Very convenient

Dan Hood

It's a good station, but it rarely makes sense for me to use it (I'm on the Port Jeff Branch, which almost always requires a Jamaica transfer). Hempstead trains usually terminate here though.

Elyse Estrada

If you miss your train there's 4 levels of shopping and a Target to spend your waiting time.

Rick S

Busy area...keep it moving

Sunflower Waterpower

I usually board the 2 or 3 mid train to exit the closest to a stairwell at Franklin Ave.

Eli_B

For those using LIRR, there is an issue with the tracks in the East River tunnels , so expect delays in Jamaica and Atlantic Terminal

Ashley Renèe

If you miss your train you can shop until it comes =)

Steve Malone

Easier way to Long Island . Avoid the crowds at Penn Station .

Luke Melia

Long line ? You can buy a digital ticket using the MTA eTix app.

Vanessa Peña

Grab some Starbucks & catch your train !

Erin Jackson

It’s a nice train station .

Nuri Jeon

Directly connected to Target through the inside of the building.

Scott Kleinberg

Big station. Crowded station.

kerina-laurel

I love the way it looks now

Michael I.

Bank of America ATM in the waiting room.

Mac

Try the trains !!!!!!!!!!

The cheap man's view of Lady Liberty.

Nathan Sukonik

Right here, downstairs, 2wall seats

Nicole Marcellini

You better stay on the train , outside there's nothing you would miss.

Jodi J

Don't expect to use your smart phone. There's almost never service by the tracks .

Trains come once an hour so DON'T BE LATE! They wait for no one!!!

Samuel Poloha

LIRR is a rip-off. 16 bucks for two stations. Take Lyft and be rather comfy while money wasting, instead.

Tim Ridlen

But you can drink on the train .

Jonathan Dawkins

LIRR trains stop after 12am. That SUCKS.
