Blarney was probably the most empty place on the whole bar street, their prices are high in comparison to the other great deals. Attraction here is just the Irish beer . Guinness draft for 65 kuai.
Actually, I really like this place. Irish dive bar chic . Good place to chill with friends, good drinks... but 50 for French fries ?? The food prices only go up from there... yikes
