They have a free happy hour here AND a legit breakfast in the morning. I recommend both.
Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
If you dont wake up early you'll miss the free breakfast and be SOL for getting any in your room. Just cross the St to the steakhouse for an early lunch . They open at 11.
The breakfast here is pretty good and be sure to get in the omelet line so you can get bacon or pancakes too.
If you ask really nicely, the front desk may have an oversized umbrella you can borrow.
Undergoing construction so it's a little noisy , messy and difficult to get around. Other than that pretty good hotel .
You don't have to pay for wifi if you call the front desk, and ask for the promo code.
Questionable if free breakfast is worth waking up for.
Got free wifi code very cool!
The breakfast is amazing.

I Had 1 too Many Drinks,I Ended Up at the EMBASSY B-) !!!!
Cool hotel . Waterfall inside is unique.
Buzzword Bingo HD headquarters for SXSWi 2011! Shout BINGO if you want to hang out between 3/11-3/15!!
Wifi sux even if you pay for it. The wc system is kind of spoiled dont flish it 2 times in a row or you risk flooding the bathroom . Seen better breakdast in 3rd world countries .
They have free drinks at happy hour in the lobby!
Sorry to say this is the most run down Embassy I've been in. Ripped curtains, palms covered in dust, even expired elevator certifications (in a 10 story hotel ).
Pretty sweet managers reception at 5:30:)
Not a bad joint. Comfortable beds , decent sized suites, helpful staff . Very limited food options though and Internet leaves something to be desired.
We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing and free! Happy hour rocked and free!! Service was very nice too! Loving it!
My room was actually nice, but the water stunk in my room.
Place is kinda old and dumpy. Try one of the other two locations in Austin.
It was kind of old... I didn't liked it... but the breakfast was nice...
You have to pay for wifi here. Welcome back to 2003.
Pros: Embassy perks (breakfast , free drinks), pet friendly . Cons: Diamond amenities not provided at check in, warm rooms, no a/c in fitness room, limited TV channels. Better Hilton properties nearby.
Very disappointed ! Would not stay here again!
Great service. Very comfortable rooms . Traffic is a bear on neighboring interstate 35.
Recent renovations. Our room was very clean and neat. Cheaper than downtown too.
This place is really nice. Try the drink in the bar called "legal marijuana "
Really cool atrium style hotel . Front desk people were kind of weird..
nice people but, this embassy is not as nice as others i been in, this one seems older...????.. i only stayed for 1 night
Had a great experience & loved the convenient location to downtown. King room had sleep number bed :) - Caitlin Kaluza
The pool will do for a late night dip if you live in the area. - Jason Gold
