Staff isn't as knowledgeable as they should be. Unless you know exactly what you want go to another Best Buy (Pshh 75th & Lemont is decent).

I have always gotten great customer service at this best buy.
This is probably the case at all Best Buy stores now, but this location has been reconfigured and CDs have been practically phased out. Go elsewhere if looking for music .

Don't bother asking for help. Time and time again the staff wouldn't go the extra distances for a good customer experience of they weren't making a sale.
