Hands down the best is the sirloin steak . We had the combo A, the best thing is the meat is really fresh and tender. Worth every dime toyboy here. Rare beef salad is very good too.
Probably deserving of the first tier in Korean barbecue , this a la carte galbi joint does everything very well , for a moderate price increase over the all-you-can-eat establishments. Read more
Came all the the way from NYC to try this place and it lived up to the hype from friends back on the East Coast. Even if you just try the Galbi , it's 100% worth it.
Delicious food, absolutely a must for good kalbi and kimchi . Wrap your meat in the sliced raffish, it's bomb. It is not all you can eat and they don't take Amex like foursquare says.
Where they excel is in all the Banchan. Really thoughtfully prepared and flavorful. The Service is also top rate. The Kalbi was well marinated.
Really really good KBBQ! Side dishes were all super yummy. I'm not a kimchee fan, but hubby and sister are and they say it was the best they've after had.
Long wait . Hands down best KBBQ in LA. Order the signature Soowon Galbi. For the daring, the yuk he (raw beef ) is great as well . Go with a Korean, if you are not Korean for better service.
I love their namesake cut, and the white and light green seaweed sides! Tried the seafood pancake for the first time tonight, dining partner loved it, I did not.
Set B FTW! Clutch to make a reservation with a large party but note they will cancel it if your're not there with everyone after 10 mins!
Bit more on the expensive side, but it's delicious. Combo meals are fine and recommended for first time eaters!
Must to have Galbi . Little bit pricy but worth every penny.
The 갈비 (galbi or kalbi ) is the best!!! $40 though. Pricey , but delicious!
Literally everything is good here! But the short rib is where it's at! Holy crap, best Korean BBQ !
My wife and I love thus place! The two of us have stuffed ourselves eating the combo designed for 4!? Yumm, tons of side dishes that are all you can eat .
Tried rib eye steak , very delicious! The grean salad and side dishes were also phenomenal
The rib eye is to die for.
Best korean barbeque ever! Super friendly service too! Have to come here again next time I’m back in LA.
Get the galbi and let it sit on the grill for a while. A nice char goes a long way.
I've tried a number of KBBQ restaurants in K-Town and this by far is my favorite. No, it's not all-you-can-eat, but none of the AYCE restaurants come close to the quality of the food at this place.
This is my Favorite KBBQ Restaurant ! High quality meat, delicious banchan and friendly service !
pork neck is the best! n their galbi is pretty good too♥
Best (semi) kept secret as korean barbecue . Bad the waiters can push to much to eat fast and leave.
Their Kimchi is some of the best I've ever had... And I lived in Korea.
Prime Galbi was delicious
Best quality KBBQ food I've had! Totally worth the splurge every once in a while!
get the pork belly , seafood pancake , rib eye . awesome side dishes
One of the best Korean BBQs in Koreatown . This place is neck-and-neck with Chosun Galbee.
Hands down, best kalbi in Ktown. Quality of meat is awesome.
The meat, side dishes, and kimchi jigae are really good, but some of the staff needs to be trained more.
Thick cut pork belly
Ask for Kay if you're a first timer, dude hooks it up!
Definitely a worthy alternative to Park 's.
They have mouthwash in the bathroom !!
The combos are an amazing deal and nothing beats the kind, fast and incredible service.
Albert Aviles, chef of Corkbar, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Combo A. Read more

Nice and quiet way to enjoy some Korean BBQ without noise and chaos. Very good food! - Simon Ejsing
Great service (thats saying a lot) and great kbbq. Good alternative to popular kbbq Kang do Hang and Quarters and literally its across the street from them. - Jude Nguyen
