Take the stairs if you're going to any of the government offices ! The elevators are very slow and crowded .
Be here prior to 7 am, though office opens at 730, to avoid a lineup.
It's changed - no longer a food court ; even the A&W has left; government offices mostly.

Passport application, renewal get here from 7:30 after 8am gets chaiotic
The A&W has closed down, theres no reason to go here anymore
