Frederiksberg Svømmehal

Copenhagen's most authentic indoor swimming pool . Often crowded , but well worth the visit. Especially with infants/small kids. Try the family pool in the basement during weekends.

Inexpensive but lovely spa - you will feel relaxed and renewed. It has a jacuzzi , dead sea pool, ste bath, Finnish sauna , salt sauna , light therapy and massage chairs . You can also get massages .

Quite nice and spacious swimming pool , four lanes and there's a SLIDE! There's also a Fitness World for a quick workout. You get discounted entry if you're a member. Bring 20kr for the lockers .

New rules: now you should book a time for the spa online. However, they'll let you in without it if there's not too many people. And it's still nice :)

Try "luksusafdelingen" (luxury section). For 52 DKK you get sauna , steambath and exfoliating salt scrub. (Un)dress in privacy in private lockers .

It's a bit awkward at first with the layout but just ask questions and you'll figure it out. There's a reception in the front and another one in the "locker rooms ".

Good overall and pool is clean !!!

Avoid going in the weekend. The spa is completely crowded .

Stop freezing your ass off in the winter and get in the sauna & steam room ;-)

2 hours for 37 dkr. Women's changing room has sauna , men's steam.

Først saunagus , til du er ved at eksplodere... Under isvandfaldet, og masser af læskende vand indenbords... Dernæst svæve afsted i dødehavsbassinnet. Batterierne bliver i dén grad jumpstartet :-)
