Surprisingly good sushi for a landlocked state . I really enjoyed sitting at the sushi bar . I mostly stayed away from the crazy rolls and just got nigiri of whatever the sushi chef said was best.
We enjoyed several rolls. Forest Gump, Sunshine, Cruncy Ebi, Magic Dragon, yellow Submarine and yellowtail sashimi . All were fresh and wonderful. Go for the sushi skip the desert !
Sit at the sushi bar , the chefs are very nice and will often give you free samples if you tell then it's your first time there. A bit pricey but it's my favorite sushi in Utah. It gets packed after 6
I hate miso soup . I loved their miso soup--and the entire rest of the meal, including a bento box with potstickers (they use a fancy name) veggie tempura -- top 10 ev-- and a roll wrapped in cucumber
Delighted with the place. Fresh seafood you can taste on every bite. They have interesting bar offerings. If sebastian is there, ask for the Maserati. A concoction of flavors in a single roll.
One of the best sushi places in the state . The sushi bar is amazing be sure to get the strawberry fields roll! They are a bit pricy but if you go for lunch they have an amazing lunch special !
I always get spicy mussels with quail egg , torched sable fish , and if you want something kinda crazy, get the Spanish mackerel which comes with all the fish bones fried in a killer presentation.
Omakase here is really great. Sit at the bar , ask for their best Chef , and enjoy an evening that will leave you feeling perfect. ????????????
Sit at the sushi bar . Get to know your sushi chef . Ask for omakase and let the chef 's whim drive you. Sit by Chase's station. Look at that uni.
One of the best sushi places I've been to in USA! Quite funny that the location is so far away from the sea :)
I love it so so so much. Anything here is great. Try some of the fresh fish on the chalkboard !
Try the clam appetizer - zesty lime flavor - really good. We also enjoyed the TNT, the Crunchy Ebi , something with Submarine, and the Chocolate Raspberry Dessert . Would love to go back. Valet park .
I am in the Navy and was stationed in Hawaii. I have has sushi in Okinawa and Tokyo and Takashi is great and unique the ceviche roll is fantastic!
Really phenomenal fresh fish . Try any of the nigiri or the specialty gunkan maki rolls . Worth the wait.
Watching the team of sushi chefs (itamae, perhaps) was a stunner evening with saké , a book , and a hell of a good #JupiterRoll ????????
If you have just one shot to eat here during a whirlwind business trip, sit at the sushi bar where you might be able to watch Gibo make his special custom-made rolls. —YK http://bit.ly/Mhsxwm
The sushi is to die for! I tried the Jenny and was so happy! The nigiri is great as well !
Even if you dont like sushi they have the best flank steak I have ever had. My honey says best sushi he has ever had and he has been around....for sushi that is. :)
Premium chef 's sashimi combo, A5 Wagyu beef , black magic woman, and sunshine rolls
Ceviche roll , great beers ! (And so much more)
No reservations past 6pm. They fill up fast but they do allow you to leave a cell number and will text you when your table is ready!
The summit and Tuna Tataki were delicious! Great job by sushi chefs .
the best place for sashimi in slc. period.
Awesome sushi ! We sat at the bar and ordered "chefs choice". Amazing!
Best sushi I've ever had. I recommend The Little Mermaid and the Forest Gump. Yes, those sushi rolls . Haha.
Go for the Nigiri . Sit at the bar , and ask whats good that particular day.
Order the asparagus on the warm starters....don’t ask, just do it!
My favorite is the sunshine roll by far the best sushi place I have been too.
Cool vibe, service is outstanding. Get anything from the spicy sushi assortment !
Best sushi in town . Ask for Bryce! He's the best. Crunchy Ebi is the best roll on earth!!!!
if you bow to your sushi master 3x in three visits, he will serve you gunkan maki in your after life.
TNT roll with hotter than hell sauce is awesome. One of the faster sushi places up town . Perfect for business lunch
Great nigiri and love the tuna tataki and T&T roll.
As someone who grew up in Okinawa... This place is fantastic!
The freshest fish in Utah. Talk to your chef , he'll hook you up
Really amazing. Skip shogun and come here.
Get the Whole Trout and anything else less the Uni...no thank you on the Uni.

Amazing everything
Don't come here for want run-of-the-mill Japanese, or chicken. This is world-class. Chefs recommendations are always a good choice. I recommend the Kaki oysters, Toro, Umi Masu, and the Uni (if fresh) - Andy Mueller
Awesome place for concerts! Make sure to get lower level though or the view is terrible - Natalie Jeffrey
Delicious appetizers and burger! They also have an impressive list of beer, imported and local! - Pei ???? Wen
