This is an Express club, so no extras like saunas and such. It's packed to the brim in the evenings on weekdays, but the rest of the time you rarely have to wait to use the exercise machine.
Just opened recently, machines are all new. Only bummer is that there is no steam or sauna here. Classes can get packed during weekday evenings
The facilities are superb with friendly and welcoming service
I like it best when it is not too crowded i.e. mornings and weekends. If overcrowded, the group classes tend to stink of sweat. Yucks!
Park in front of cold storage after 6pm and it’s flat 2 bucks only.

Staff is rude and so pushy. Don't give out a trial if you guys aren't genuine. Sales talk is fine, but do a proper tour after for newbies.
