Take-out or eat-in I've ALWAYS had a good experience here. The food is fresh, delicious and consistent. One of my favorite places to eat in Beacon.

Crispy duck roll was tasty The food was much, much than in the past. Tip: ask to NOT have whipped cream & chocolate syrup on your mochi

Get the dinner maki roll combo plates! Comes with a small miso soup and salad . Great food, but not too crazy about the spicy rolls , they were a little dry. Worth coming though!

Isamu was disappointing when it came to sushi . The fish wasn't cut properly, and the flavor was off overall. On the plus side, their Chinese menu was great, so pick those items if you go.

Left a tip about bad service. Either it worked or they just didn't like who I was with 1st time. Great service now. Love the food. Sit at bar - get to try freebies.

This is one of the best Japanese (non-Hibachi) restaurants within a 2 hour ride of Manhattan !

Good ambiance. Sushi is good and the prices are very reasonable. Try the sushi entree combos for best value.

Come ready to order. The waitresses are annoyingly aggressive.
