Bring your own yoga mat. I gave up on Wednesday nights, since memorial takes the room the first Wednesday of each month.
My back LOVES their Therapy Pool!!!!!! (Can be a tad on the chilly side at times though.... In my opinion)
Equipment in weight room well maintained. Fun to workout there.
The eight lane competitive pool is frigid! Perfect for swimming laps!
Don't forget to bring your own towel!
. only complaint is that the WiFi could be better. Cannot really enjoy any online radio without it buffering.
