Well known for their fabulous breakfasts ! Food is freshly prepared. Carnivores and vegans alike can find something scrumptious on the menu. Local produce and meats are used, and the coffee is great!
Had the deadliest catch , pretty good! Make reservations through their website or Yelp, else plan on waiting 45+ minutes for breakfast on a Tuesday morning in June.
Ship Creek Benedict has a weak flavor profile- instead, I get the Kodiak Benedict ; avoid the Wild Mushroom Omelette 'special'.. The homemade country gravy is very good- I got under cooked hash browns !
Should probably make a reservation beforehand, it's extremely popular! The sandwiches are very healthy and they have a ton of healthy options .
Great atmosphere! They use *unsweetened* soy milk in their lattes , which was a bonus. My brother had the "Deadliest Catch " - 2 Eggs Benedict with one salmon cake and one Alaskan king crab cake . Nom!
Kodiak benedict ! Also got chai latte in a huge cup, totally worth it. Can have long waits or try to grab seat at counter. Super friendly staff
Great breakfast - excellent food, service on the slow side though. Definitely get the salmon cake bene. And the sticky bun was amazing.
The breakfast food and cinnamon rolls are divine! The tomato soup is the best I've ever had! Never have I not had a good experience, the staff are all wonderful!
The place is great and the staff friendly . My tip is that If you want to avoid the 1 hour typical wait either book beforehand or eat at the bar where the queue is much shorter :)
Totally awesome food. Best breakfast in town . You should always make reservations online or you'll be waiting at least 30/40min for a seat. But it's well worth the wait.
The best hash browns I have ever had. Crispy and soft. The ultimate combo.
Crabby Omelet was amazing, hash browns were cooked to perfection and my rice milk chai tea latte was delicious! Gluten Free toast available too!
This should go without saying; breakfast is the best meal of the day and everything on the menu is delicious. My pick: Deadliest Catch .
It's within a cold walk from the downtown Hilton or Marriott hotels , but worth it! If you don't mind sitting at the counter, it's first-come, it's yours! Great food! Worth the wait!
Crabbie omelette is awesome! Also try the reindeer sausage , and check out the hot sauce bar !
Amazing breakfast , good coffee and service so don't be surprised if you have to wait ~30min to get a table. Online reservation could save you this time.
Tundra Scramble, Über Omelet , hash browns & the atmosphere are just a few of the things that are great about Snow City .
Food blogger Maya of Alaska from Scratch recommends Snow City Café. "Favorites include the Kodiak Benedict with king crab cakes & the stuffed French toast with mandarin orange cream cheese & walnuts ."
Wonderful breakfasts , outstanding coffee drinks, and a great atmosphere. A must visit while you’re in Anchorage.
Their mac and cheese is equal parts ooey and gooey. Get it with a slice of homemade meatloaf . Read more
Make a reservation or expect a long wait , especially on the weekend. If you are visiting Anchorage, make this stop a priority!! Incredible selection and free drip coffee while you wait!
They make fluffiest biscuits I've ever had with delicious gravy , and eggs . A cup of coffee and breakfast at bar seating is a pleasure.
Easy online reservations available. You are also able to indicate if you are celebrating something special. We took this route and only waited five minutes when the walk-in wait was fifty-five minutes
Super nice people serving the best breakfast selections . Go there - you will be glad.
We tried to make a reservation , but no one answered the phone. There was an hour wait for breakfast , but that was okay. We walked to the park at the end of the street. The omelets were great.
Gluten free food in an gluten free in abundance and great coffee if you get a double shot small.
meatloaf was great! get a cinnamon roll . the snow city mocha was really good too.
Negative, the girls that work at the front are ice princesses especially the one with the real/pretend blue eyes. But the guy with the curley hair is very friendly . Positive, the food is fabulous.
Good food. Be sure to order specialty coffee . Like most of Anchorage, regular coffee is just flavored water.
The apple pie milkshakes are to die for. Really any of their monthly milkshakes are awesome
Great place with a nice choice of breakfast meals which they serve all day long
Best breakfast evar! And actually an awesome value when it comes to Alaska prices.
Amazing food!!! Good coffee . Line was a bit long but worth the wait.
Best breakfast in #Anchorage! Try an Eggwhite Omelet w/ Fresh Spinach , Chicken Apple Sausage & Havarti Cheese :)
Get an iced coffee , and they'll give you free refills … *all day*.
Try the Kodiak Benedict - Poached eggs , alaskan king crab cakes , housemade hollandaise , and green onions over a toasted english muffin .
Great atmosphere and service! Superb eggs Benedict 's with crab cakes and all kinds of good food! Yay!
Wonderful place for breakfast , terrific local twist on everything you can imagine.
It is very busy in the summer and around the holidays so you can call in your order for pick up or make a reservation in advance.
Love love this place. Went here every Monday for breakfast when I worked in downtown!
The seats at the counter are first-come first-served so it might be faster than waiting for a table.
I live sitting in Ezra's section. Highly recommend calling ahead to either make a reservation or get on the waiting list. Long waits are normal.
Stop by their well stocked hot sauce bar .
Excellent Snow City Royale Champagne Drinks! They give you your own mini bottle !
I got a half order of French toast and still couldn't finish it!! Get the multigrain for a healthier boost.
If you get to feeling too rustic after a week or so in AK come here for some Seattle/SF type brunch vibes.
check out the weekly specials page in their menu... some amazing treats can be found there!!
Yummy! Locally sourced food and beautiful local art !!
Crab Benedict with hash browns -- basically the perfect breakfast
Grilled cheese and tomato soup is amazing on cold winter day. My breakfast fave is the crabby omlet , also love their smoothies .
