Forget about plugging into a outlet to power your laptop or recharge your phone. They’ve covered them all up to prevent the homeless from living in the store (they still do).

Get a gift card and reload it. Never pay cash. It's their punch card system to get free drinks, free wi-fi, and other cool things! Who knew?

Probably the best Starbucks in downtown. Plenty of seating, no homeless people in costumes and great Yuppie people watching .

You can be entertained by the fashion students from the school down the street coming in wearing zany "fashionable " outfits

One zen one refresh and an inch of cold soy. Ask for it and enjoy :)

Slowness. If you're there before 8 am, the staff is more interested in prepping stuff than the customers that come in. Took 10 minutes to get a pikes with no one in line !!
