Get the Hakata-Maru. It's basically 3 styles of ramen (red, black, white) mixed as 1. Good quality pork belly & well-cooked eggs & flavourful. Best in Chatswood. Manpuku in Kingsford is still better
Menu and the taste has changed over time, a ???? thing. The new special soy ramen was great. Dan Dan ramen is fantastic this time also. Keep it up!
Black Tonkatsu is the best!! This is still the best Japanese Tonkatsu ramen so far!!
Not bad- the hakata ramen is a mixed broth. Probably one of the best in Chatswood but I'd say ryo's, manpuku , gumshara and menya are better.
Hataru ramen is the best ramen in Chatswood!!!
Damn it, looks like they charge a Chatswood tax. It's a little more expensive here than it is in Chinatown.
