Great location (across the street from Universal ), free parking , friendly staff . Wouldn’t recommend the TGI Friday’s attached but other than that great hotel !

We have stayed here many times. Today Wanda checked me in and was so very pleasant. I love the home feeling. Rooms clean and comfy . Two room suite for $160!! Great deal. Will return again and again.
Internet is terrible, but it's very close to the parks . If you can get by without decent WiFi for a few days, it's a great place to stay.

Clean rooms , comfy beds and plenty of pillows . Breakfast large variety of items. Down side the check in clerks my experience wasn't good.
Great hotel but ask for a room AWAY from the ice machines! Staff is fantastic, rooms are clean and the pool makes a great getaway!

It is about a 22 minute walk from Holiday Inn Express to the entrance to Universal 's CityWalk (depending on the stoplights). To save time cut through the parking lots to get over to Kirkman Rd.

The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. Avoid the left side of guest service . They are just trying to sell you a timeshare or something just like it.

Nothing. Super slow wifi . Sport center? ???????????? its just a couple of treadmills and a yoga ball. Worst service ever. Elevators are a mess, At least 5 minutes to get to your room.
If the hotel has a lot of guests they will serve sausage at breakfast...if there are fewer guests, bacon will be served...

Room was ok, staff was less than friendly . Breakfast is NOT included, even as a priority club member. Gym has no weights and card equipment was broken. Stay somewhere else if you have any expectations

Bathroom door had no lock, closet had no door, shower lost water pressure frequently, "queen-sized bed" is only a twin.
Staff is so not friendly- don't expect friendly service here. Rooms are decent and the gift shop has basic necessities at an ok price.

Definitely invest in Expess Pass. We were able to ride almost every ride in both parks in 2 full days. Family favorite rides were Gringotts & Mummy. Food was excellent in all areas. - Steph Peacock
