Love the clothes and there some really good and hard workers as a former employee I learned a lot be patient it's not the employees fault they have rules to follow your not special!

I love this store as a brand but the scottsdale locations employees have a bit of an attitude problem. cashier was extremely rude and i couldn't find an associate to help me for the life of me!

Sizes are all over the place. You may leave the fitting room in tears. after waiting 40 mins to get in there. Let us shop online already!

When its busy you'll wait for days. When its slow, they're rude as all hell. So not winning. Well , maybe the prices... :)

I love this store but it is honestly the worst service ever. Half of the employees are incompetent and you have to wait in line forever to do anything.

Don't go on Saturday unless you want to wait 30 minutes for dressing room and another 30 minutes for checkout.

There's a lot of babes that work there.
