The owner is unconcerned with customer service and gave our table to someone while I waited in the car to be seated! It was raining and I am pregnant, will he be my Dr bills when I get sick?

The manager followed me out to my car with 3 other guys harassing me and opening my car door all because I shared a pancake with my friend. I have never felt so unsafe in my life being a girl. Omg!

Sit at the counter the host says...5 minutes later and still no help. Lovely

First two times we came was great. This last time the old short waitress ruined our experience.

Limited time unlimited pancakes ;-) Great place. Service can improve but it's not as bad as others. Food is yum.

Why is the restaurant open 24 hours if the waiter has no patience to serve at night??? Disgusting service. Ihop has always been my favorite. Frustrated with the service today.
