This dollar store is the best for durable goods, and they have items that are more than .99 but still discounted . I bought an LED headlamp for 3.99. Other LED flashlights are 1.99 .
This is where I get my 4-color ballpoint pens. Recently the price went up from 4 for .99 to 2 for .99 and they now have a sturdier rubber grip and transparent tinted plastic column.
While this is called the 99 Cent Depot, most things cost more than 99 cents and aren't that great of a deal.
