They have proper Acme LOX and legit Knish . The place is old school east coast and is out of place (in a good way!!) with most of St. Louis. Grab a pastrami sandwich and eat at the counter or outside.

Don't let the casual deli fool you, protzel's feels like a ny deli transplanted in St. Louis. The potato salad has gherkins in it (delicious) and the turkey Ruben is outstanding.

Get any sandwich with Corned Beef or Pastrami . I love to get some slaw on my sandwich . The Knishes are great and save some room for a homemade chocolate covered cupcake .
