The bubble tea is good. Service can be slow though. And they occasionally run out of pearls (big problem for a bubble tea shop ) or have technical issues (e.g. contactless payment broken).
The bubble tea doesn't come with tapioca by default they didn't add it because I didn't use the keyword 'topping'. The only way to get it was to purchase another tea 🤦🏼♀️ Worst service in London...
