Steak 'n Shake

The food was really good. I mean you can't go wrong with a double steak burger and fries for $4 but the service was awful. The place was packed and everybody was complaining.

Just walked out of this Steak n Shake. Restaurant less than a third full. Was seated at 5pm at a table for one. At 5:25 I still had not been waited on. Manager on his cell phone laying over counter.

During pandemic, drive-thru only, but line moved acceptably. Be aware, the dbl-burger & shake for $4 deal includes a *small* shake . ????

Definitely not their finest hour tonight when it comes to service. We have frequentedthis location many, many times, but it is doubtful I will be back on a Friday night.

Kids 12 & under eat free all weekend. 1 per $8 purchase. Excludes drinks.

Great place to go! Love the location too.

Pretty awful service, especially in drive-thru. Don't expect any sort of hospitality . If you can stand the few extra minutes to go to the one in Kennesaw, do it.

After waiting 31 minutes for a bowl of chili and a burger the fries were served cold and hard and there were barley any on the plate this place truly sux's for service

Go thru the drive thru it's quicker than going insidevforvtake out!!!!!!@

The chili is surprisingly good!

Great food but damn! Slow service. Hate coming here just for that reason. Staff is noce, tho.

Go between 2 and 4 pm for shake happy hour . Half price shakes .

Nice waitress , but service is sooooooooooooo slow.

Look for coupons. They always have a deal here.

Ordered as soon as we were seated. 40 minutes before food was served. I received wrong food. When the correct food came out it was cold and sent back to be microwaved. :(

Gotta be the worst steak and shake ever! Stingy on every thing! Stick to Barrett parkway!

I've never experienced someone so slow on order taker. Ugh incompetent.

30 minutes in our booth and still no food....

So slow... not even half the tables filled and we have been waiting on food for over 30 minutes...

Long drive thru wait, not worth it. Food and shake were flavorless...

Horrible customer service.. As long as you don't expect much, you'll be fine.
