If you are looking for a wonderful spot for dinner ... Brio for sure! Amazing food, can't beat the lobster and crab pasta . A lot cheaper than Ruth Chris. Location is up stairs near the waterfalls .

Man this place is so nice and HUGE! The employees were extremely helpful and very nice. Plenty of slots, tables with very good restaurants . Awesome club in the back with live bands and DJ's .

Hotel is beautiful & rooms are comfortable & big. Little sitting area near windows, nice touch. Casino is a hike from rooms. Casino layout is bizarre, but of room. They have smoke free areas as well

The rooms in the creek tower are new and gorgeous! The service in the hotel and Casino was outstanding! Everyone I came in contact with greeted me and when applicable wished me luck at the games!

Come to have fun but leave your debit card at home. It's to easy to get sucked into the fun and not quit when you should. I have found the high roller room to have much better pay offs.

Most everything is elegantly decorated & beautiful landscaping. could be a bit looser on slots. The Diamond lounge is a def stop as well as the pool indoor & when warm outside. Cust serv needs work

Uuhh....the first rule of gambling is the house always has better odds......so if ya. Gonna bitch about tight machines...quit being a dumbass and don't put money in em'.....use a little common sense.

Sadly, the buffet is no more. ???? But, the Tuscan restaurant smelled amazing ???? each time we walked by, on our way to the arcade . Shopping closes early during the week. Plenty of other food options.

If you don't like smoke there is a large non smoking area . I love harrahs. Great atmosphere. And super nice rooms.

Great fun nice hotel for a vacation. Can't wait to go agin.

Creek Tower is newest and nicest. Also closest to casino currently. Even number rooms have the.mountains veiw. Live blackjack,craps and dealers are supposedly coming in 2012 sometime.

Great casino ! Dealers/servers were all super nice. Plenty of table games! Booze isn't free, but cheap and strong.

If you haven't been in a while, you need to visit. The renovations are almost all complete and it's very nice!

Play in the High Rollers area. Otherwise, machines are tight! Oh- and Brio is great!

Rooms were very nice. Buffet was yummy and varied in content. Got a manicure at the spa and I could have done my own nails better. Casino allows smoking so be cautious of that. Craps tables pays 

Beautiful casino on par with some of nicer Vegas resorts . Hotel is brand new, staff very friendly . Slots were a bit tight.

They stopped carrying New Belgium at their concerts , so unless you want to drink crap beer , get some CRAFT beer at the bar and carry it in.

Check out the Chef Stages Buffet . Food was quite good. Much better than the previous buffet here! Rooms were very comfy , even in the renovated older tower.

Machines are pretty tight with the exception of the Wizard of Oz slots. But much closer and cheaper than spending a few days in Vegas .

"Table" limits on Blackjack are crazy high, but if you want blackjack in NC, it's the best you'll get. Video Craps (?!?) is suprisingly good! $2 limit with 3-4-5 odds!

If you're younger than, oh, 60 or so, you'll feel out of place. Somehow the odds here feel more lopsided than Vegas or AC . Proceed with caution, and don't expect night life.

This place is one of the tightest casinos in the US. Been here a few times. Lucky to win 5 bucks on a bonus round. This place is tighter than a fat person's underwear!

Rooms were nice, the buffet was excellent. And, the Boston Concert was GREAT!! May 23.

Ruth Chris's Steakhouse was amazing! And the essence lounge was fun! It's not all about the gambling !

They need to either increase the non smoking area or install better smoke ventilation. Feels like we are at a convention of chain smokers here. Other than that, lots of fun!

Tights slots confirmed. I've played in at least fifty casinos and these are some of the tightest around. Buffet isn't open for lunch on weekdays.

Beautiful resort but don't plan on winning at casino ! Great restaurants !

Arrived after 6 pm. $10 BlackJack and $15 Craps. Would have been nice to have lower minimums. Follow the rug path in order not to get lost in the casino .

Play skeetball. Played two hours on $20. Ended up taking out $150. And was a really fun game.

New towers are great and I won quite a good bit of money

Essence Lounge is a must if you want to go hangout, and listen to some good music

Tight...and i mean TIGHT machines here. if you are used to a.c. or vegas you will be disappointed. On the bright side... it is a beautiful casino and friendly staff .

Worst casino in the world! You have to pay for drinks, prices change depending on what bar you go to, and the servers never come around. You can’t get an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to escape fast enough.

Bring your air mask! Everyone smokes inside the casino .

Responding to comments about machines being tight...as betw AC & here...I spent more time at machines here & broke even. In AC I am back in my room after 2 hrs! I was at 1 slot close to 4 hrs on $20.

The layout isn't conducive for those who can't walk long distances. I wish I had a pedometer to see how much walking I did.

Nice grounds but it's very smokey in the casino & it seems like half the complex is under renovation. I'd avoid coming back until they open Paula Deen's restaurant & the casino has a smoke free policy

Went to new buffet Friday night @ 5, no wait time. Dessert crepes made to order. Fab!
