When eating pho , allow meat to cook in broth before placing the basil , mint , bean sprouts and green chili peppers on top. Also don't drink the broth or else you'll be full for the next 4 hours.

Nice rainy day all you need is pho , which is amazingly flavorful and well packaged for take out .

great Vietnamese noodle shop...their menu is very simple but delicious and fast! Order the #1(beef special)or #4(beef stew noodle ). they also have a Vietnamese sandwich available for $3

Start with summer rolls . Get the #1 and #31. No frills place. Come to eat Vietnamese cuisine .

Not the best of commutes for Vietnamese food but worth the effort. Cash only . Only place in Fairfield County for authentic Pho and Goi Cuon.

Definitely have the #5 with yellow noodles . And the ice water with lime and sugar!!

Following up on another tip, Pho Saigon DOES accept credit cards. They are NOT cash only .

Get the #31! You won't regret it!

This just might be the best Pho joint within a 50 mile radius of Bridgeport.
