Ellis Gourmet Burger

Love all the burgers I have tried so far! It's a nice place to go with friends... Have some good food and enjoy your company! I hope we will have more places like this in Bruges in the near future! ????

I had a fantastic time there! Everything was very delicious and fresh. I loved the homemade ice tea and the burger patty just tasted unbelievable. I wished the fries had more of a salty note.

Delicious freshly made burgers in a cosy place . Although you won't be hungry by only taking a burger , trying the french fries as a side dish is a very good idea! ????

Possibly the best burger in Bruges . I prefer a brioche bun , even grilled, but all the other ingredients are very tasty. And the fries ! :)

It is totally perfect! Best burger i have eaten in my life. Size is good. All ingredients are good (even in jelapeno in it!). Price is between 9.5-13 euro per burger (beef & bacon )

Very good burger . We loved the Ellis 2 special. We also tasted the meat lover and the avocado one but didn’t like as much. Great quality & staff at the Bruges one. We also went to the Antwerp one.

Tried the Ellis Special 2.0 burger . Best beef burger ever tried so far. We also tried the calamari and beetroot balls with their the sauce ????????. Thanks for the lovely meal & service. Will come again

Casual place in a middle of a classic town , Cool Seating and good service .Try crispy chicken as a starter then Ellis classic Cheese burger and Special burgers , all were juicy and perfectly cooked.

Can't go wrong with the Ellis Special, a classic burger with bacon and special sauce . You may find better atmosphere elsewhere, but Ellis Gourmet Burger is reliable, friendly , and tastes great.

Very good burgers had the special 12 euros, staff was very nice and quick if you want a very good budget quick at a table, you should go there.

Waiters are very nice and friendly , all speak very good English. They have veggie burgers too. Can be very busy.

Frites were great with an aioli like dipping sauce . Classic burger had nice condiments but the burger itself was overcooked and tasted as if it had been previously frozen--maybe just the style.

Yes, you want your own order of fries ..don't even think of sharing! The homemade mayonnaise is worth it!

To me it's an average burger restaurant cuz they couldn't make my burger well done, But the service was amazing.

If they ask you how your burger must be, then please respect that choice....; and at the counter when you tell them, they laugh you away.
