Steak 'n Shake

Wow Desiree hope you don't have a job here anymore. As a server and manager of a major chain I work for my tips also. In order to recieve tips you do have to do your job though. You sound trashy...

Stand for like 10-15 mins with 2 other couples and know one was seating us. You would think it not being busy inside and with the drive thru window being closed it wouldn't take that long.

Don't come at a peak hour expecting to get food in 10 minutes. It's for own fault if its busy and you expect it to be fast

Thanks for the food poisoning from two sips of sour sweet tea then after asking to change it you hand me a disgusting Pepsi without warning when I ask for a Coke . A whole day vomiting. Thanks again!

Would be nice if they offered lactose-free shakes as an option. The service has been great for us otherwise.

The chili is great, but don't order the bowl. It holds the same as the cup but costs more. :-(

Came in for breakfast at 10:15am, its 10:45 & still no food. I realize they cook to order but maybe they should stick to burgers and shakes

Always slow. I wait a few months and try again, but still slow. Also agree the wait staff not staying focused - too much slacking and ignoring tables.

Most times we leave tips when things fo wrong and I did above re: time it took for order. Later I found out they ran out of pancake mix, need to plan better but at least the Manager took care of bill

Free orange freeze with sandwich . Does not apply to breakfast .

Umm the bad tips have nothing to do with having no money, it has EVERYTHING to do with the slow, crappy service. I have never had a server that I felt took care of my table. Thank god the food is okay

I would tip better if service was better. waited for someone to finally ask if we had been served. meal came but no napkins till we were almost done eating.

This is a great place. I have been a few times and alwayse had good service . People are nice and food is awesome. I will be back time and time.

The drive thru service was horrible! I would ask a question and she would ignore me or roll her eyes. Food ok/service sucks!

SLOWEST drive-thru.EVER!

Horrible- three staff playing in the back while we waited to be seated. Dude leaving said he left when they were sitting on their cells and not taking the table's order!

Slow!!! All I ordered was two hamburgers n two fries and it took 40 min...and I cudnt get a refill for 10 min....

Don't come through drive thru if ur window is broken...... If u don't have much money do not eat inside cause we live off our tips...... DONT B RUDE please

Busy Saturday 2/25 Every table taken. We ordered, ate and had paid in 35 minutes. GOOD service and good food.

Horrible service. Took almost 45 minutes to get our food on a weekday at about 1 PM.
