It has a nice structure to it and is very clean , but ever since they closed down the escalator, it’s been difficult to get into the store and they don’t always have what you need.
Barbara the Cashier is the best, she will always help you sort through your coupons to get you the best deal. No cashier at Michael's has EVER helped me in that way.
I love them. They know me so well I'm on a first name basis with most of the staff .
