This is truly an amazing hotel to relax and chill out , the Spa , Gym , Pools and various restaurants are great and meticulously clean . All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly .

Poor service for a hotel of this level. Ordered the salmon on the grill in the room, brought dried out overcooked salmon , only after talking with the Manager of the hotel they changed it.

Изысканный отель ,отличное питание,приветливый персонал . Пляжные полотенца ,шезлонги и зонты на территории отеля бесплатны,неограниченное количество питьевой бутилированной воды .

Отличное место! Отелю 25 лет , несмотря на это он в отличном состоянии! Персонал старается! Кухня правда не очень, но в целом очень достойно!

Прекрасный отель ! 5 бассейнов, большая территория , много разных ресторанов : итальянский, китайский, испанский, японский, французский и тд. Лучшее место для отдыха с детьми !!!

Крутотенюшка! Лучший отель Европы в 2012 году. Очень необычная архитектура : множество мостиков, беседочек и потайных уголков на огромной территории, выход на лучший пляж Тенерифе. Потрясающая кухня !
