Great hotel , love the theme. Wish they had a free mini fridge and microwave in the rooms though. They do have a Keurig which is nice for coffee drinkers. Pool is beautiful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is so wonderful: excellent restaurant selection, their breakfast buffet is delicious, close proximity to the two parks , the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating!!

Best of the main three hotels on universal studios if you have kids. The newly renovated rooms all have showers . They a great and have dual shower heads.

The room service French toast is the best I have had. Very close to the parks and lots of things to do. Staff is courteous and gets things done well .

Found bites on my body after the first night, discovered this bug in our bed. Very dissatisfied with the way the resort handled everything.

Don't miss Jake's Beer Festival on 10/4 in the outdoor pavilion, to celebrate the spirit of Oktoberfest! Over 90 beers , food, and live music by Hindu Cowboys.

Great experience from check in to check out. Super attentive and approachable staff . Pool area looks fun - DJ at night.

Coming for a conference ? There is a second entrance off the main road for the convention space. Look for the sign for Emeril 's. It will save you a drive around the resort or a long walk from the lobby

Stayed 2 nights for expo. Friendly staff , nice accommodations, 3 restaurants on premise, and comfortable setting .

Play volleyball in the pool after an early morning jaunt to Harry Potter world. If you're staying here, the park opens at 8 AM! Stay on the club level for "free" breakfast and snacks .

Totally worth the extra cost to get fast passes for the whole family. You end up saving if you are 3 or more.

Stayed here for a night. Awesome staff gave me and my friends a water after we walked back from the clubs late at night.

For how bad the cell reception is out here, they should have free wifi everywhere. Besides that it's wonderful & everyone is so nice and helpful!

Beautiful property. Great kids activities at the pool area . Loved the in room Kuerig coffee maker even cocoa pods for the kids!

Short walk or boat ride to universal parks . Decent hotel . Parking $17 per day. Gym & Internet cost extra. Island dining room is not very good. Worth staying here to get the free express pass .

Let the pool attendants set up your chairs at the pool! Very comfy and if you tip they take great care of you all day!:)

The Bacon Steak at breakfast was AMAZING! Thick and VERY rich; you've been warned. =) And also, the chicken sausage pizza was surprisingly good considering it was gluten-free.

Be sure to use the extra time in the morning to see Harry Potter-- it gets way crowded after the park opens! You can get in 1 hour early.

Wanna park ? $17 a day 4 self park , $30 for valet. Got luggage? Sorry, can't borrow the cart, bellboys gotta bring it up (& be tipped). Free WiFi in rooms? Forget about it! They charge 4 EVERYTHING!

Be sure to monitor the card you paid with! Been getting charged all kinds of stuff since I checked out! When I call they apologize and refund the charges just re-charge my card the next day.

The Emeril Restaurant is so high class and the atmosphere is incredible.

If you park out back, it is a challenge to find hotel lobby. It is on 3rd floor. Take elevator up.

Our stay on club level was great. Comp food and sweets and beer , wine and soda 's.

Stay at one on-site hotel , enjoy complimentary access to the pools and amenities at the other two on-site hotels (just be sure to carry your room key with you).

It is about a 7 minute walk from the pool gate at Royal Pacific to the entrance to CityWalk (next to Margaritaville). If you want to be close to CityWalk or IOA, this is it!

Evening unwind in the lobby...great atmosphere and free Internet! Don't need to spend for in room Internet!

Nice hot, great location, did not like that the lifeguards were letting six ducks continuously swim in the pool and not get them out. Seemed unsanitary

Everything at Islands Restaurant is local, cage-free and free-range. The other restaurants probably are too. Also, each room has a recycling bag.

They found my daughter's "piggy" and brought it right up to us! It made her day because she thought she lost it! UNBEATABLE STAFF ! :)

Desiree at the front desk is about the nicest person I've ever met at a hotel . Everyone on staff was great!

Great place. The rooms were great. Food not as expensive as you would think.

This hotel is actually a working temple to the Frog God Tsaguathoa, when you hear the flute and tympanum playing don't be caught intoxicated

Try walking to the parks and city walk from the guided side paths. The path is magnificent!

Room service staff are sweethearts! Everyone who works here have been very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful vacation experience!

If you lose your room key they won't charge extra for replacements. Complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate is pretty tasty. They'll give you as many cups to put in the machine as you like.

So far it's very impressive. Off season is relatively cheap , but they nickel and dime you for everything. The gym , Internet, priority ride access(used to be comp)and parking can add another 50 a day.

Some of the staff and crew stayed at the fabulous island-themed resort . Be sure to check out the beautiful lobby.

Boat shuttle can actually take longer than simply walking back. If its not right at the dock or visible from the pier , skip it.
