A dive bar / hotel mostly frequented by AT hikers . Great burgers . Great character in the place. Don't expect much. Dress down. And perhaps you'll fit right in.
The soup is homemade & the hushpuppies are amazing! Be sure to buy a drink for one of the Appalachian trail hikers at the bar .
Great place for beer and food, rooms are old and dingy but there is a low-class atmosphere that's fun an friendly and cant be beat
Best meaty wings in town ! Great homemade sauce !
Tip for Doyle: pretend you are a through hiker . They eat that shit up.
Drink and eat. People pleasant. Do it up.
Banana splits are pricy but HUGE, great place for hikers-- last stop before Pt Clinton and the only real place for ice cream in Duncannon - M David Miller
