French Inspired gem hiding at 68th and Madison. This is the ultimate spot for an afternoon pick me up. Quite small but the variety of sandwiches & pasteries are wide and the coffee is rather excellent

The coffee is solid (Le Columbe) as are the mini cookies (3 for $1.75 - try the chocolate chip ) and mini baguette sandwiches .

For an upgrade on the average grab-and-go tuna sandwich , try their poached salmon sandwich w cream cheese and cucumber . Don't forget a mini-palmier for after!
