If you're a local, you've driven past this abandoned warehouse dozens of times. Turns out, there's a nifty and unpretentious art gallery/dance studio inside.

Try the cafe on the fourth floor for breakfast or lunch . Only open from nine to five on weekdays, closed weekends.

Free entry! Quite a few exhibits , including a pretty significant Warhol section right now! Highly recommend.

Great exhibition space and performances , and oh so close by!

If on the 4th floor, make sure to yell down the elevator shaft to have them pick you up. Ask where the stairs are, in case you get stuck
