I got "Arroz Con Pollo (Chicken with Rice )A bed of rice served with chicken breast sauteed in a light tomato sauce with mushrooms and onions topped with melted cheese ". I got it without mushrooms ♡
The carne asada is the best I have ever tasted!! Perfectly seasoned, not too spicy and not too blah. The toppings that come with are amazing also.(:
The best Mexican food I've had in the Seattle metro area. This is the best! Ask for the El Paraiso Platter with CHIPOTLE SHRIMP vs the bacon wrapped variety.
Ask for the salsa rack if you like it hot. The habanero pico is awe inspiring. And the grilled jalapenos are amazing. I recommend any dish on the menu - and the staff is muy chido.

Charged us 75 cents to put jalepenos on the side of a dish they came on anyway. Not sure they even put tequila in my 'rita. Way disappointed, won't come back.
