The white bean , squid , and arugula salad is fantastic, as well as the tuna dish. Great family-style Italian meal in Richmond! Wonderful staff and the service is terrific.

My fav restaurant in the VCU area, and among the best in Richmond. Good italian food , lot of specials, and a jovial noisy atmosphere. Be prepared to wait.

Go in the door to the left! Yes it looks like an apt entrance, but that’s it!! Down to earth place. Fresh food , friendly in your families house style service. Huge portions , omg Huge!!!

Great food, & not too pricey . Service was sub-par though. Ordered shrimp pasta , & was brought rockfish (delicious). I obliged to eat it, & they still charged me for the fish ($9 more than my shrimp !).

Parmeggiano e burro is the best. Simple Italian favorite. Love the staff here...Hip attentive but not overbearing. Best Italian in Richmond.

Get the fennel appetizer . Eggplant pasta is fab. House wine is great too. Everything is good!

Italiano food galore, and everything polished with a fine ol' glass of wine . Don't get wasted too much though, or you'll mistake the Seigel Center as your apartment building :)

Pretty sure my standard of what I consider good food is different from everyone else; I've been spoiled with good food. This place was mediocre at best. Carbonara wasn't even close to authentic . Sad.

Went when there wasn't a dinner crowd. The waitress was rude and snobby. No matter how good the food may have been, my money is best spent on good food AND service. We decided to leave.

This place is apparently known for poor service. After waiting 45 minutes with a reservation , I'd have to agree. The kitchen has a heavy hand with salt, but the rockfish shined.

Decent food..bad dining experience. Won't be coming back. Management takes good customers for granted..

Make a reservation or stand there and watch people eat until 930. Lame beer choices too but the food is good. Think mama zu's has a better menu. Place is loud as shit you have to yell communicate
