Spanish food with a touch of molecular gastronomy . My personal favorites are the air baguettes , 65C eggs , and the seafood . Would stay away from the empanadas ... Soggy crusts and dry interiors.

Service was good, the lady who attended to our table did very well . Ambience is simple, clean , nothing intimidating but interesting. The salad with tawilis was a bit salty but good surprise
