Delicious. Chasu has a good mix of fat and meat. There's a layer of oil on top (true to Fukuoka style) which traps heat, perfect for cold weather. Don't make my mistake, go with normal spicy or extra.
Ramen and gyoshas are the best.
The Ramen was great. Tasty soup , egg exactly as it should be- semi soft, the pork belly meat was tender. One of the best Ramen we ever had including in Japan. We also had fabulous Gyoza .

Loved it. Just do not order tea . But the ramen is really good and worth the wait.
