I've never had to do this but will continue to post messages until I get an exchange for my hat. I can't believe this company, it's not like I want money back, just a hat without a hole in it!!!!!!
Do not shop at Aeropostale. Customer service is atrocious and I have a hat with a hole in it that I can't exchange. I'm not working, it was a gift, so basically just threw away money I don't have.
